DMV: DC - Maryland - Virginia

As of the most recent estimates (2024), the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area—commonly known as the DMV (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia)—is home to approximately 6.4 million people, making it the sixth largest metropolitan area in the United States.

  • Washington, D.C.: ~680,000

  • Northern Virginia (including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William): ~2.8 million

  • Suburban Maryland (including Montgomery and Prince George’s counties): ~2.9 million

The DMV is known not only for its size but for its highly educated and culturally rich communities, which give the region a rhythm and spirit all its own.

From the colonial cobblestones of Old Town Alexandria—one of Virginia’s oldest communities—to the vibrant food, wine, and beach festivals that fill our weekends with color and joy, there’s something here for everyone. Historic Civil War battlegrounds offer lessons from the past while inspiring progress toward a better future.

All of this forms the backdrop to thriving neighborhoods where young professionals, families, retirees, and entrepreneurs live, work, and play in comfort and connection.

Let’s Begin the Home Journey—to the neighborhood and home of your dreams.
